Congratulations! The Xi Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has selected you to be honored as the “A.A.B.L.E. Award” Recipient for 2014.Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was founded in 1908 and is the oldest Greek Letter organization established by African-American college educated women. We are an international non-profit organization whose primary focus is "service to all mankind." Our organization is committed to addressing issues related to social justice, human rights, health, poverty, economic security, environmental sustainability and to maintaining a viable sisterhood.

Located in Arlington, Texas, Xi Theta Omega is a graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and has provided service to the Arlington community for over 30 years.Since 1993, Xi Theta Omega Chapter has presented the African American Business Leader of Excellence Award, “A.A.B.L.E. Award” and it is a recognition given to an African-American business person who promotes a positive image of the African-American business man or woman through his/her leadership, influence, and service to the community. Also he/she serves as a role model in the business community.
